Your credit card will be charged the full rate for any No Show or booking cancellation made less than 24 hours from your appointment schedule. This applies to all situations except for medical emergency. To prevent abuse, habitual no show or late cancellations citing emergency as reason, will be treated as a red-flag. Cancellation can be made online or over the phone if it's still beyond the 24 hr cancellation window. Same day booking and cancellation can't be done online and will be considered as late cancellation.
Our clinic will remind you of your appointments through email and text message but it is your primary responsibility to keep track of your scheduled appointment. Our failure to send you any reminder does not exempt you from our charges in the event you do not show up or comes late to your appointment.
In consideration of the client next to you, we are unable to extend your time if you arrive late on your appointment. We will still provide the service but it will be limited to the remainder of your time.
By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy
We require your credit card details to book an appointment online or over the phone. We will not charge your card upon booking. It will only get charged upon completion of your session or in case of no show or late cancellation. For your card security, our Jane App payment processing system is compliant with PCI and DDS standards
Please take time to fill out the intake forms prior to your scheduled appointment. Forms not completed ahead of time will take time off from your booked session and as a courtesy to the next client, we will not extend your booked session
We do not have access to clients insurance coverage and it is client's responsibility to know about his/her eligibility and other details of his/her benefits. If for any reason, the claim is rejected, client has to pay the full amount and be the one to submit the claim manually to the insurance provider. Any amount not covered by the insurance provider shall likewise be paid for by the client
Only members covered by the insurance policy are allowed to avail the treatment. A member can only avail our services up to the maximum amount of his eligibility. Once eligible amount is used, he cannot use the eligible amount assigned to other members of the policy. Non-members can avail our services but they have to pay privately.
We offer RMT massage for the following duration: 60 minutes / 45 minutes / 30 minutes
Pls. note two 30-minute sessions can't be combined to make it a 60-minute session. It will be bileld as 2 separate 30-minute sessions
