Our RMTs and Physiotherapists are highly trained professionals in their fields of study. They deliver professional & therapeutic treatments. Our hands-on therapy is both safe & effective. Our RMTs, PTs, student Massage Therapy Interns, and other practitioners in the clinic NEVER engage in inappropriate/sexual interactions with clients. We have a zero-tolerance policy for anyone who believes that massage is anything but therapeutic.
Our clinic accepts extended health insurance and bill directly to private insurance providers and ICBC. We only provide service to policy holders and their registered family members. We do not allow proxies to avail of our services in place of members. We also do not allow submission of claim for services not registered with insurance providers (e.g. facial care, footcare, reflexology, etc.) We only bill actual number of treatment hours provided, nothing more and nothing less.
We require a valid credit card to book an appointment. Your card will NOT BE CHARGED UPON BOOKING. It will only be charged to pay for the portion of your claim not paid by your private insurance and in pursuit of our late cancellation / no show policy. For your card security, our system provider (Janeapp) complies with PCI & DSS standards.
We do not have access to client's insurance coverage and it is client's responsibility to know about his/her eligibility coverage. If for any reason, the claim is rejected or put on hold by the insurer for further processing, client has to pay the full amount and be the one to submit the claim manually to the insurance provider. Any amount not covered by the insurance provider shall likewise be paid for by the client
Our location
We're located at the 2nd floor of the building shown in the picture above. Our building is along 120 St. near 72nd and is right beside the new traffic light. We're directly opposite Krispy Kreme and Walmart. ENTRANCE IS AT THE BASEMENT located at the back of the building. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and proceed to unit 210. Please park your car at stall no. 36, 37 and 38 located at the basement. If parking is full or closed, please call us at 604-503-0855 so we can direct you where to park.
NOTICE
If the basement parking is closed, pls call 604-503-0855 to open the gate for you. The gate is closed every Sunday During weekdays & Saturdays, it's closed around 6PM
